With the Artlife Kempinski Residences project, Renshin introduced Armenia’s first luxury-class complex branded by the world-renowned Kempinski hotel chain. The complex is a four-time winner of the prestigious International Property Awards.

A complex designed in Yerevan’s classic Tamanyan architectural style, standing out among surrounding buildings with its rich and distinctive appearance. The facade is clad in natural tufa stone, allowing it to blend seamlessly with the historic style of Old Yerevan.

The thoughtful layout of this three-building, multifunctional residential complex allows all apartments to enjoy abundant natural light and stunning views. With this project, Renshin introduced the unique arched architectural style to Armenia for the first time.

Thanks to its stepped design and tufa cladding, characteristic of Yerevan architecture, the Sasna Tsrer II residential complex perfectly complements the view of the Hrazdan Gorge. The project has been awarded the NOPRIZ Award.
