Skyline offers a simplified mortgage process. All procedures are handled at the sales office - no bank visits required. Mortgages are available for both Armenian and non-Armenian citizens.

INSTALLMENT PLAN

The installment plan works as follows:
• 20% prepayment
• 80% paid in equal monthly installments until December 2028 included

FULL PAYMENT

A full payment comes with a discount of 100,000 AMD per each square meter.
