ARUP AND 1508 LONDON VISIT ARMENIA

Experts from Skyline’s international partners, ARUP and 1508 London, have arrived in Armenia to oversee the quality and technical aspects of the project’s construction and design.
The realization of the Skyline project is rooted in combining global best practices with local architectural solutions. As part of this process, our international partners, leading specialists from the renowned engineering firm ARUP and the 1508 London design studio recently visited Armenia.
The main goal of this working visit was the technical supervision of Skyline’s current construction phases. The engineering team from ARUP conducted on-site inspections of structural strength and stability standards, ensuring that every construction joint meets the highest international benchmarks for safety and functionality.
Parallel to this, active discussions took place between the 1508 London designers and the Renshin Urban Investments teams. The focus of these meetings was the simultaneous implementation of engineering and design work. The main task of the specialists is to ensure that every square meter of a Skyline apartment is as functional as possible. Special attention is being paid to integrating innovative technologies and smart space planning, which will provide future residents with a qualitatively new and comfortable living environment.
This level of international expertise and continuous oversight guarantees that Skyline will become not only a new architectural landmark for Yerevan but also a model of functionality and safety in residential living.
