Apart from announcing the launch of the construction, the event also gathered the large team of specialists and partners united around the project. The symbolic highlight of the day was placing a capsule with a message to the future in the foundation of Skyline. 

The message, capturing the vision and soul of the project was read by strategic development director of Renshin Urban Investments, Annie Mavyan. The founders of the company, Eduard Marutyan and Arayik Karapetyan, placed the message into the capsule, after which they were joined by the guests and the specialists working on the project for the official groundbreaking ceremony.

During the event, the project’s exceptional qualities from both engineering and architectural perspectives were highlighted. World-renowned companies are involved in Skyline’s realization: the New York-based studio Laguarda.Low is the author of the complex’s facades and architectural design, the British collective ARUP is responsible for the buildings’ engineering, and 1508 London studio was the one to develop the  interior finishing’s concept.

The event was also attended by the first residents of the complex who have already put their trust in the Skyline vision. For them, Skyline is not only a reliable investment, but also an opportunity to be part of an environment where world-class quality and modern lifestyle come together in the center of Yerevan.

Together with the start of the construction, the apartment sale has also launched. Skyline strives to become the capital’s new architectural symbol, transforming the city skyline and redefining modern standards for quality of life and lifestyle.
